first, find what that equals
(5/2)*3=15/2
(3/4)*2=6/4=3/2
(15/2)/(3/2)
remember
invert and multiply
(a/b)/(c/d)=(a/b)(d/c)
(15/2)/(3/2)=(15/2)(2/3)=30/6=5/1=5
what is greatest whole number less than 5?
