Answer:

To convert from a decimal to percent, multiply a decimal by 100 and add the percent sign.

Example: 0.10 becomes 0.10 x 100 = 10%

Example: 0.22 becomes 0.22 x 100 = 22%

To convert from a percent to a decimal, divide a percent by 100 and remove the percent sign.

Example: 10% becomes 10/100 = 0.10
