Answer: n=2 and m=1

Step-by-step explanation:

m+3n=7 , 5m-n=3

m=7-3n => 5(7-3n)-n=3

=> 35-15n-n=3

=> -16n=-32

=> n=2

n=2 => 5m-2=3

=> m=1
